SC12A crashes on it's own

Installed the new SC12A..  have had 2 total crashes during  few weeks...shows "problem in zones ..... then , all the digits (zones) flashing.. 1-16.... only way to get it working again is to remove battery(ies) and power.....Anyone having the same issue?
Going back to previous post on powerhorns cycling on "Arm".. replaced the older one with the new ones--10L52... now working silently
