I was thinking about buy the V572RF32 for the extended range and to use with security devices but I can't figure out if I need the PSC05 or can I buy it without it.  I have a cm15a.  Anyone know?

I have the v572 version but I also have it plugged into a XTB-IIR from Jeff Volp.  If you don't have one of these then you will probably need the PSC05 or equivalent to plug the v572 into.  Can't comment too much on the 32 bit version for the extended security codes but the version I have I couldn't be more happier.

koopr@sstelco.com, I don't know what I'm doin but I'm havin fun doin it!

The V572RF32 uses a PSC05 as shown on their web site.

I have a V572 and it worked great. It used an X10Pro PSC05 or an X10 TW523. I bought mine from Smarthome and their version also would work with their, now discontinued, 1132B interface. Which also provided power to the V572. So the external wall wart was not needed.

I never tried a V572RF32 that also maps Security Messages to a standard X10 message.

Ok.  Thanks for your replies.  Just wanted to make sure I didn't buy the one with the PSC05 and find it was a waste of money...
