Is there some trick to using support@x10.com to get order status?

   Subject says most of it.  I ordered an Airpad last friday, and saw the charge post to my credit card on monday morning, but never got any email.  Curious about the status of my order(because I know they sold out the first batch...but also that they got a second batch in), I followed the website directions and sent a request to the support@x10.com email address.  No response.  Yesterday I did it again, but noticed it said to just have name, order number, and email, so I tried just that.  Still no response.  This morning I forwarded it again and marked it as important.  Still nothing.  I won't have time to call the number and wait on hold until later on, but I was wondering if the email method is just not working?

The easiest way to reach someone who works for x10 is doing the live chat on x10.com homepage. (All the way at the top, doesn't work for me in firefox but works in explorer)

When I call them, I am usually put on hold for 45 min. But when I do the chat, someone usually responds right away. They are kinda slow to answer my questions (I wait about a minute or two between each reply) but at least I get answers to my questions. (Probably because the same rep is helping multiple people at a time)
