Rooms All Lights On No Longer Sends

Ever since I installed the Smart Macros and installed the latest version (3.315) All Lights On command for a Room no longer works. All Units Off for a Room works great, but not All Lights On does not. Any ideas? Due to my mixed module environment this one command saves me a lot of headache (most lamp modules across most brands recognize it flawlessly). Now ever since the upgrade, it no longer works.

In my garage I have version 3.228 and All Lights On for a Room works great. Trouble is my garage is a different house code (for outdoor lighting).

3.315 is not the latest version. 3.316 is.
