The website needs a lot of attention along with the processing center. I purchased two video senders on-line on September 30th. I was contacted that same day explaining to me that they were out of stock and that the Pro series was available for $10 more per unit. I tried getting a $5 each($10) discount on the total order seeing that the ones I wanted were out of stock and I did not need the Pro series. That was refused, so I still agreed to purchased one Pro unit at regular price. It took THREE weeks to get my order and it has been over three weeks and I have yet to get my Paypal refund for my first order of two that were out of stock. If the company KNEW they were out of stock-why did they take my Paypal money in the first place?
If you go to the website now-you can still go through the whole order process and purchase the regular and the Pro series video senders and then the poor sap will get contacted and have to await the long line of refunds awaiting distribution. This customer service is unacceptable and by far the worst I have ever seen. I am extremely disappointed in X-10.com and will really have to think twice about buying again from them. I have never had any issues with X-10 in the past and love their great products-it is truly a pathetic habit that has been acquired by this company.

sorry for your experience. I think the cost of manufacture is raising everywhere, combined with slow sales, that really hurt many businesses, including X10. Lets hope X10 refund your money soon, and getting better, too.
