charger problem!!!

I had to send my son's airpas back for replacement.
We where advised to send all paperwork, charger, and cables back too...
now we got a new airpad back.....but the charger is missing.
he is not able to use his new airpad....
Where can I find a charger or order one...x10 has promissed to send one....
we never received one!!
please help!!!
