When I click the "Profile" button, only the user summary comes up, without any of the options to modify my profile. Anyone know why this is? (And, yes, I am logged in as me.)

I wonder if it is because you are a "Newbie." I think you can't modify your profile until you've posted enough times to be promoted to the next user level.

So, just how many times do I need to post? This will be my 6th post. I would think 5 posts should be more than enough to prevent SPAM.  :'

I believe when you status doesn't show Newbie but I don't know the posts needed to change it.

Based on my search, it looks like 10 is the magic number to get to the "Jr. Member" level.
At 25, you get to be a "Full Member."
At 75, you get to be a "Sr. Member."

The levels above that are not determined by numbers of postings, but are changed by the admins on an as-needed basis.

That and five bucks will get you a Starbucks.

Woohoo! Not a newbie, anymore!

Wow, that is what I want to ask. I am still a newbie.
