It uses wifi!
If your AirPad can connect to Market then I don't see a problem.
However you need to be able to run their app on the AirPad:

This allows for a direct flow connection.
However reading threw their site it sounds like a pain as the card needs to be activated using a PC or Mac before you can even use it.
Then you need to be able to connect to their server (whats with that?)

There's a newer, more expensive, Eye-Fi Pro X2 version that can make a direct connection to iOS/Android, eliminating the need for a server/router.

Don't follow their link for the app -
Go to Amazon App Store and search Eye-fi
to download.
