Noam

There have been a few other reports of the same thing (not registering the batteries).
I wonder if there is a bad connection, of one of the battery wires came off the contacts inside.
Don't junk it - if you won't want it anymore, I'm sure someone else here will be happy to take it off your hands.

I am also having timer problems. System used to work great. Computer died and I had to buy software again. Installed it, but cannot get the timer function to work.  I can toggle off and on from computer, but the timers I set do not turn appliance on.  I cannot get tech support to help me.  I can only leave a message and they call me back several days later when I am not at home.  Any hellp?

Noam,

Good News! It lives again.....................  :)%

Last week reset everything and switched to "current Pro Modules" (Soft Start) and set timers for 5:30pm (moved times around) start and off at midnight!

All are working........ go figure!
