Error message "launcher shutting down" when scrolling to 2nd app screen?

Anyone getting an error message that your launcher is shutting down every time Iyou try to scroll to your 2nd page of apps or widgets.  This is on my Airpad 7p-ics 4.01.  It started after I installed some apps, so I deleted them but  it is still doing it.  Any ideas?

I haven't seen that message, but doing a factory reset or upgrading the firmware should fix it.
