Just an update about my air pad and my AC/battery problems. Got ahold of customer service on Monday. All I want is a replacement. For three days now no action has been taken while they troubleshoot. What's to troubleshoot?? It doesn't hold a charge! >

I have tried charging via usb and found that it does not work, the only way I have been able to charge is with the charger, however when a device (phone) is plugged into the airpad via usb it will charge if the airpad is charging as well.
