I have two WS467 installed in adjacent rooms that I desire to control with a Powerhouse Remote, Mouse Remote, or ActiveHome.  One of the WS467 is a New Module while the other is the old.  Both are on the same phase and both are operating incandescent bulbs.  I can get one or the other of the WS467 to work, but not both.  I have also installed a transceiver module in various locations to see if that helps.  Any thoughts?

thanks

I presume you are using Active Home Pro.  What version?    Of your two WS467s, one is "old style" and the other is "soft-start".
I don't SELL this stuff... BUT I sure do ENJOY using it!!!

ActiveHome Pro 3.318.  Yes, I have one that is old style and one that is the newer soft start

The newer one if soft start {ramps On and Off} also has resume dim.
If you accidentally dimmed it very low then turned it Off and then back On. It will again be On at the very low level.

Also if you are using AHP the new one should be defined in the Lamp Module Tab and the old one in the Old Lamp before Soft Start Tab.

You could have a power line signal problem. Maybe a signal sucker or a noise maker.

Brian .....  thanks for you help.  I did find the source of the problem.  My setup is that I have two outdoor lights (on same wall) that I have the WS467  light switches and one outdoor recept.  Plugged into the recept is a small (dorm room type) refrig.  The refrig is the source or the noise, so I will have to procure a filter.  The interesting thing is that on of the switches would never work until I plugged the transceiver (TM751) into the outdoor recept.  So if I decide to continue, I will have to obtain a waterproof housing.  Would the RR501-COM transceiver be a better choice and possiby work on an indoor recept?

Again, thanks for your help.

You might consider a repeater which will couple and boost the X10 signal on both phases of homes power. The XTBIIR is the Cadillac http://jvde.us/xtb_index.htm. If you have a small system there is the X10 XPCR from X10 Pro which is less costly, but not as good in signal strength or quality http://www.x10pro.com/pro/catalog/platform.html.
