CM11A serial cable -- anyone got one?

I lost mine in a move and need a replacement. Anyone want to sell one to me for a reasonable fee? :)

Making one would be fairly simple.
Mate it with a 4-wire modular cable with an RJ11 on one end and a handset connector on the other end.
The pinout is given in the CM11A Protocol documentation.

That guy's site appears to be almost entirely broken. Can't place an order as a registered user or a guest. Emailed him, but don't really expect a reply.

I would make my own if I could get the parts quickly.
