alarm goes off

last night my alarm went off twice, first time i couldn't see any number flashing.  Usually when someone open a door or a window it shows number on sc1200.  Second time it showed "Tamper Alarm" but no number on it.  Anyone else experience this? Please help me, it sucks to wake up at 2am ....

Tamper Alarm is the message you get if the top cover area; where the backup batteries, phone connection and power supply jacks; are located is opened.
Verify the top cover is tightly closed.
You can see the top cover tamper switch location. In the users manual on page 6.
