Any cost effective approaches to deal with CFL line noise issues

I'm having a myriad of issues using cfl lighting and x10 plc equipment.

I've tried various filters with mixed results.  Considering the cost and quantity required purchasing and installing filters at every lamp and ceiling light isn't a viable solution.
I've been replacing failed CFL lights with LED and incad light as required and cost effective, but was wondering how other deal with CFL issues.

I'm using the x10 usb based control unit CM15a, and PHR03 remotes and  a smartlink phase coupler 4816H

Anything else I can try, or do I suffer until all the cfl lights are gone?

thanks

Dump the passive phase coupler and instead get a high output repeater.
I have CFLs and LEDs all over the place wil sustained noise. But the XTBIIR blasts through all my noise.

Is there a UK (240 volt) version of this as I am experience the same problems with noise from LED and SMD bulbs preventing x10 devices from operating.

Thanks in advance

I am sure Jeff will have exact details.
There is a 240 volt 50 Hz model on the order page.
