Reflector service
« on: January 01, 2013, 02:42:52 PM »

I don't have a green box for my reflector as of this morning
I followed the instructions to the "T" to resolve the issue given in the help section but still nothing. i was hoping that a server was down but haven't found any posts to indicate this so i assume its all on my end.
I shut down my firewall completely to check if that was an issue and i still get the error message.
I'm lost and need help from here

Reflector Service?
Exactly what device are you having a problem with?
Since this is in the AHP section. Is the missing green box in the AHP Screen normally?

I have a feeling it maybe a networked camera problem or not X10 related at all.
Maybe posted in the wrong section.

Our reflector site server is currently down and we are working to correct the problem as quickly as possible. You should be able to use the reflector server within the next 24 hours. We apologize for any inconvenience this might have caused you. Have a wonderful day.

I am not able to connect iWatchMobile Pro to the reflector server.  I have followed the "Error 500" troubleshooting guide (http://kbase.x10.com/wiki/Resolving_WiFi_Connection_Issues), but still cannot connect.  I have tried disabling all antivirus and firewalls, resetting the security key, and verified that the WebApps directory is present.  I am running ActiveHome Pro version 3.318 on Windows 7.  The order information is below.

Do you have any suggestions?
