Date Time - IP Cam Client

Hi,
I have tried to change the date time settings under Advance Settings > Date & Time but appear to be having an issue.  The current time here locally is 7:23am.  However the Device Clock time is showing as 03:23am.  I enabled sync with PC but each time I save and return to this screen, the option is disabled.  Can you please provide some clarification.

Have you tried deleting the camera and adding it back?
