AP still wont boot after flash

My Airpad just stopped booting up. It gets to the Airpad logo and does nothing more. I followed the instructions on flashing the ROM and it says that it is complete and successful, but when the AP fires up, it again just sits there on the logo screen. I'm open to any ideas or suggestions to correct this problem. Is it possible that the logic board is no longer any good and if so, can these be purchased and replaced? This is the original airpad with 2.3 OS and the rockchip 2918 chipset in it.
