xx59a HD Airsight out of focus

Camera is out of focus and there seems to be no way to adjust it..  For an HD camera it really sucks.
Software doesn't allow me to focus although icons are there.  Anyone have same problems or ideas on
how to resolve?

Call X10 and have then replace it. I've had to send two of my HD cameras back due to issues.
