xx42A suddenly out of focus after 2yrs

Hello Everyone,
I have 3 Airsight cameras, they are basically the same one just being wide angle, 2 xx36A and 1 xx42A. The xx42A has suddenly gone out of focus. Anyone have an idea why this would happen or even just how to fix? The camera is approx. 3yrs old, purchased shortly before the camera section disappeared\reappeared on the X10 sight.

Any ideas or suggestions on things to check?
