Authinx already had a large X10 customer base.
Privacy laws wouldn't allow customer names or contact info to be handed over.
They have no way of knowing who was a previous x10 customer
Anyone that used X10 knew the pro line was of much better quality.
This is what they always handled.
Since X10WTi closed its manufacturing plants prior to going belly up many of the manufacturing tooling and other things were lost.
You can't fix something you never could build.
Authinx has bent over backwards trying to restore servers which handled all the software to help users.
The fact that they jumped into creating a new Airsight line was from demand from people (Like you) not satisfied with the old x10 line.
Their only flaw (thus far) is trying to help users abandoned by X10WTI
