Having trouble with scheduling

Until a few days ago the lights were working fine then I tried updating times on them and that was when things went south. I was able to turn lights off from the laptop but not on, this I found was the soft start option. So I was able to turn the lights on, off and dim from the laptop. Now when I try to schedule turning them on, off and dim nothing happens. I am experiencing another problem with an appliance module I use to turn a fan on and off only it will not respond from the laptop or the interface. Both of these were working fine until I tried to change the times on them.

Make sure the AHP recycle bin is empty before you update the interface.
AHP has been known to attempt to fire things in the recycle bin
