Changed Module Numbers Now Timers Are Wacky

I changed module numbers now timers are turning lights on and off not according to the downloaded schedule.

I have erased the memory countless times but it still seems to be holding old info.   

Everything works great except fo the automated timers.

Have you emptied the AHP recycle bin?
AHP has a tendency to see modules, timers, and macros there and treat them as though they were in your setup.
