XX51A - using phone app - changed password - wont let me change it again

I changed the default password to one of my own.   I want to change it yet again however when I enter the password I set then the new one it says wrong old password.

I tried the default ones it came with to no avail. 

How can I reset this XX51A to the default passwords ?
