I just had to try one of these little cameras.

The fact that it included a 8 gig min SD card for recording was a bonus.
This has a magnetic mount which is a cool feature but it adds extra weight (this has no standard mount screw location).
The setup has to be the easiest of any IP cameras I've installed thought most new cameras now have a QR code to be scanned with a smartphone.
This one uses sound and speaks to you telling you what to do next during setup.
The speaker is loud and clear.
Hiding this is easy due to it's size and having a 100 degree viewing angle helps.
This returns to operation after a power disruption though it does announce it is reconnecting which can be a plus or draw back depending on when this happens and where the camera is located.

I currently have this mounted on my stove at my off grid setup.

I had overlooked posting about the night vision quality of these until I happened to notice the lights at night.
I must say I'm very impressed!
The attached pic is without any additional light on except a led light from a phone charger at the post.
It was overcast so no moon or stars to help either in fact standing at the camera I couldn't see the table.
I know my eyes aren't what they use to be so that could be a factor B:(
The distance from camera lens to furthest window in view 32ft.

I recently lost my internet connection for a few days.
During this time my camera was useless as I hadn't placed it in off line mode.
This currently must be done prior to losing internet access. One of the many disadvantages of Cloud based things. B:( ::) :'
I fired off a email suggesting the option to auto go into offline mode with a internet connection lose.
Since Authinx is experimenting with the best of the cloud plus the best of end user based controls, I figured this may be something that may work its way into the next software/hardware update.

Update:
I just hate cloud based stuff and this does nothing to change my perception.
This was losing connection at least once every couple of weeks and once connection was lost it wouldn't reconnect unless I cycled the power. Not a big deal if your always home but then why would you want this camera?
during time of no Wi-Fi connection the camera doesn't record what good is that? I'm told a hardware upgrade is required for that.
In fact I'm told much of my improvement suggestions would mean a hardware change. ???
being cloud base was suppose to make adding improvements easier. ::) :'
The picture quality is very good on these but my Airsights I feel are the better choice. At least they reconnect to the router without intervention.
Future versions may work better but I won't be trying one unless they come out with an outdoor model and the HA add they hinted at.
