Eagle Eye Motion Sensor Lens

I use an extensive network of X10 Eagle Eye motions very successfully.  The problem I have is after a while, the lens begins to crack and then crumbles away.  Do you know where I can get replacement lenses?

X10 does not offer repair parts. So there is not likely a any source of a new lenticular lense. Perhaps another member of the forum has an old non functioning Eye that they would sacrifice. I have the same problem on an old DM10A.
