Add ability to rearrange timers

I would like to be able to point and drag the list of timers to arrange them in some logical order.  At this point I have not been able to determine if there is an order of if they just show up in the order you put them in.  Being able to rearrange would help, especially after future schedule changes.

We have sort-of covered this already... I think. But this is STILL a valid idea! Drag and drop rearrangement of lists/groups/ whatever.... is much better than the hassle of re-entering everything so it is in the correct order.

I believe they just show up in the order you create them.
Newest at the bottom but dusk/dawn are always at the bottom of any timers
However I do like the idea of being able to drag and drop them to create some sense of order.
