If you are talking about the X10 "Powerhorn" sirens, you can trigger them with the WM100 WiFi unit. If you have non X10 sirens, you can use the X10 Universal Module (PUM01 or UM506) to trigger via the WM100.

The X10, X10Pro Powerhorn Sirens will not respond to a simple X10 On command.
They need a one second cycle of X10 On Off commands to the X10 address set on the switches.
Also can respond to a one second cycle of All Lights On All Units Off {All Lights Off also works for the Off} to the House Code it is set to.
Takes two or more cycles to start sounding and then keeps sounding for a few seconds after the cycle stops. Continuous one second cycle are needed to keep it sounding. Results in a Command Storm of x10 signals on the power lines. Probably interfering with any other X10 commands trying to be sent.
Different Date Code Powerhorns seem to have a different number of cycles to react. I think X10WTI tried to fix the problem with the SC1200 that sent two X10 addresses when triggered. Causing issues with the Powerhorns triggering.
Unless it has the ability to send a one second stream of commands to the Powerhorns.
My thoughts says not even possible to implement.

Based on Moaksters wish, (seeing something on security cameras, etc) I think if he sent multiple ON-OFFs from the WM100 App to the Powerhorn address they will howl until he quits sending the ON-OFFs.

I don't have a WS100 so I don't know if it can send the sequences needed. To sound a Powerhorn.
With my Smarthome Manager Essentials. Signal Test. A setting of one second would be one second On then one second Off.
So it is not one cycle a second as I had thought.
It may flood the power lines with X10 commands. Probably stopping any X10 modules from working with commands.
