The app update  did attempt to solve some time sync issues in doing so a new one (bug) was created.
If your app is open and the HUB loses power the app doesn't indicate that.
So if you attempt to send a command to change a device's status or run a scene the app displays the status change even though it couldn't happen. B:(

If the app displayed the status change you'd at least know your request wasn't received.
Once the App reconects to the HUB all actions you performed are wiped from the app and status of those returns to what it was prior to the WM100 losing power.
I'm not sure if the iOS version performs the same? ::) :'
