X10 WiFi using iPhone on iOS 12 won’t connect to X10 WiFi base

I just upgraded my iPhone to the new iOS 12 and it no longer communicates with the X10 WiFi Base Router. Is anyone else having this issue?  It was working fine before the upgrade.
