x10 pro receptacle problem

At Christmas time I put candles in the windows that are controlled by X 10 receptacles. So this year I changed to LED bulbs . When the receptacles turn off the lights will not go all the way out they just go dim. I really don't know what the problem is. Thanks for any help

Add one incandescent bulb to each controlled circuit (one per X10 outlet) and that should solve the problem.
