not responsive
« on: August 16, 2022, 01:05:52 PM »

I have an older 3 way switch that stopped responding first to macro commands then to any command no matter what old or new (soft start or not) device I set it up as.
Any solutions or ideas ?

You may want to try and rotate the House and Unit Code dials. To verify they are making a good connection. We have seen some reports of the address not matching the dial settings.
What model switch is it and is it new enough to have soft start and remember the last local paddle dim level?
Does the companion switch or the switches paddle control the module in question?
What version of AHP do you have?
Any new or moved electronics in the home?
Jeff has a great set of tutorials on X10 and troubleshooting that may hep you.

Thanks,  will try the dial rotation
It definitely is a soft start switch type unit and the companion switch also controls the light manually.
I think I have the very latest version of AHP. No new or relocated electronics.
I will try that link to Jeff you provided.
