Pan'n'Tilt kinda jumpy

Hey all, recently my Ninja Pan'n'Tilt has
been moving very "jumpy" when I manually
move it.  When I hit the scan button it
moves very smoothly, just not when I go
manual on it.  It didn't use to do this, I
unplugged it to move a few things around
and then when I pluged it back in it was
all weird.  I've tried unplugging it again
and the same results.  Also I can't switch
seemlessly between cameras in AHP, I have
to use the rf controller.  Any ideas on
both of these issues?  Thanks all!!
