So back in January, I e-mailed
ahpsupport@x10.com about the problems I was
having with the CM15A, problems with RF
reception, and really bad problems with the
timer. Issues are well known in the
forum. To my surprise I got a quick reply
back from Michael Cole,
saying that they needed to replace my
interface, and when they got them in, they
would be sending me a replacement, along
with a return label. I also had some other
X10 devices I bought in the same order that
were defective, and he said those would be
replaced as well.
Well now it is April 20th. I have sent
repeated e-mails to both Michael directly,
and ahpsupport, and have gotten NO response
on this. They promised to exchange this
stuff, now are completely ignoring me.
This is really pissing me off. Am I the
only one with this experience? Is there a
person I can talk to, to get this handled?
