If I disable the RF transceiver on CM15A can
I still send RF commands to my UX23A module?

Yes. Transceiver functions are separate from
transmission.

Does that mean I can't turn off the send RF?
But I can turn of RF to PLC Transceiver
functions by House code?

Observer: Right. Unchecking all the
transceived house codes disables RF to PLC.
There's no way to disable sending RF, but all
you have to do is not make any RF commands in
macros, or set any timers for a TM751.

Hi,
Thanks for that info but you may have
misread something. Im my case, I disabled
the tranceiver but STILL RECEIVED RF
commands on all house codes. Is that normal?

So I can disable the CM15A from trancieving
All houscodes, but, it will still monitor
all housecodes. I repeat Duhh???

[X10 Pro]

Ken: Transceiving and receiving are too
different things. Transceiving (in relation
to X10) is receiving an RF command, and
transmitting the equivalent command in
powerline format. That's what allows an RF
command from a remote control to turn X10
modules (that only receive the X10 powerline
carrier signal) on and off. If all
Transceived House Codes are disabled
(unchecked) the CM15A will not transmit the
received RF command onto the powerline.

The CM15A will always receive RF commands,
and will always report to the PC that it
received an RF command. This occurs even if
no Transceived House Codes are checked.
