One last replacement, please? If it doesn't
work any better I will perform surgery, void
my warranty, and never darken your inbox
again.
Some history:
I was communication with "Michael Cole" back
in February just before the diagnostic units
came out. He sent me a replacement CM15A
unit. There was a hand written sticker on
it stating Feb 8, 2005. This unit kind of,
sort of, worked better than the one I had
purchased in December.
I have been patient. My circuits are
bridged, repeated, and noisy equipment are
filtered. I have scrubbed the memory of the
CM15A, left the computer on, left the
computer off, fresh batteries, no batteries
and still the beast has a mind of it's own.
I went back to my old CM11A and it was WAY
more reliable. The reason I "upgraded" to
begin with was the serial vs USB. I would
love to add more modules, controls, and even
buy the Macro package. But, first, I have
to have a reasonably accurate and reliable
24/7 interface.
So... Mr. X10Pro, please, once more
cheerfully exchange my CM15A.
