Initial Pop-Up Reg Screen too Long

I think 10 seconds is way too long to have
to wait for the annoying registered plug-ins
pop-up screen to clear. Can't you guys make
that pop-up optional. Turn it off -- I don't
see why I should have to wait for 10 seconds
before being able to get down to business.
Shorten it or make it optional...please.

All you have to do is click on the popup
screen and it will instently close.

Jim is right -- you can click it to close it
as soon as it opens. But, I think an option
in Preferences is doable at some point too.
