I cannot control an A1 through A4 addressed
switch with my RSS18.  I can see the switch
activate the computer screen antimation, but
does nothing to the interface, hence nothing
happens.  Please advise

An RSS18 can only control 3 addresses. A1
through A3 in your case.  The fourth switch
does bright/dim for the other three.  I
assume you are using a CM15.  Make sure you
have it set to transceive housecode A.  Can
you change the lights by clicking on the
switch on the computer screen?  If not you
have a more basic problem.  Also do not stick
the RSS18 to a metal surface.  That will
detune / absorb the RF signal.

I am using a CM15A.  RSS18 is being hand
held. The receiver is set to A3 code and the
computer monitor shows the switch being
toggled on and off.  The dimmer slide stays
at zero.  Again, I need help....thanks Murphy

Go into the AHP software Hardware Setup.
Double check that House Code A is set to be
tranceived. The software sometimes doesn't
tranceive any house codes untill set to do
it.
