Interface not recognized
« on: January 13, 2006, 03:54:56 PM »

When I connect CM15A to USB port on my
computer, I get the message of " Device
installed and working properly," followed
by "One of the USB devices connected to
this computer has malfunctioned and windows
does not recognize it."  Any suggestions?
Tried it on 2 separate computers with the
same results.

Unplug the interface from power, take the
batteries out, and disconnect the USB. Then,
connect the USB and plug it into power. It
should be recognized correctly. Put the
batteries in at that point.

X10 Pro - that is a work-around, not a
fix.  What are you doing to develop a real
solution to the problem?  Have you even
determined the cause of that problem yet?
