missing DLLs

well I have tried to install AHPro several
times and each time I am unable to start the
program because of missing DLLs. they include
X10 ... about, utils, nld, pref, prnt, event,
bar, tab, res.  I used to be missing help
also but didn't get the error this last time.

Any help would be greatly appeciated

Oh I am using Win2000 Pro and I downloaded
the e-mail on one puter then moved the
downloaded setup file
"setup0.839571618083031.exe" to my X-10 puter
and ran it from there.  It accessed the
internet and ran an installation.  Just
didn't get all the DLLs.
