No More Active Home
« on: December 17, 2004, 06:38:14 PM »

I just ran the latest upgrade for Active
Home and now it gives me an instruction
error reading memory whenever I attempt to
start it.  That's it.  It no longer starts.
Does the automatic upgrade process make a
backup of the current program before
upgrading?  I need some control.

This is a help forum. Please have the balls
to post solutions to peoples problems.
There are a lot of us lurkers here wadeing
thru your dumb *ss beta testing. For those
of us that haven't retuned the unit and are
patiently reading and updating, the LEAST
you can do is let us ALL in on your ongoing
fix list and solutions.

The email almost certainly says: uninstall
and re-install.  That is about all you can
do when it flakes out like that.
