didnt have a email.i didnt know i had to
have a email to get the software.now i am
stuck with a cm15a and no software and the
company here tells me if i file against them
in court that i will be fined???i am going
to file against them in court today.i
wouldnt recommend you buy anything from this
site after the bs and grief they gave
me,,,but their customer support has assured
me they have a team of legal experts who can
wiggle out of sending me my software.how
nice to do business with a company that
relys on a team of legal experts to remain
in business

You know what - TAKE A LOOK AT THE AD AT
THE BOTTOM OF THIS PAGE - DO YOU SEE A LINE
THAT SAYS:

System requirements: Windows based
Personal Computer, available USB port,
and "INTERNET CONNECTION TO DOWNLOAD
SOFTWARE AND UPDATES."

Now if the company requires an e-mail
address to send you the product activation
code then I quess you had better give it to
them - or you can't use the software. It's
not the companies problem that YOU CAN'T
READ THE FINE PRINT." IT'S THAT SIMPLE - IF
NEED BE GET A TEMPORART HOT MAIL ACCOUNT
AND USE THAT - YOU DON'T NEED TO USE THE E-
MAIL ACCOUNT AFTER THAT - You have
everything you need. What are you afraid
of - spam, viruses, somebody getting your
personal information - yeah take
appropriate precautions but don't go
overboard - get real man! Living is an
exercise in taking chances. IF YOU ARE
AFRAID OF THE BIG BAD INTERNET THEN GET OFF
OF IT.

The issue of requiring internet access to
use or access software is becoming more
common. The new game Half-Life 2 requires an
internet connection in order to play, even
single player offline mode. It is unlikely
you'll get anywhere in court as the
requirements are available for you to view
before purchasing, no one is at fault but
you for not doing your research.

There is a Latin term used often in
court... Caveat Emptor (Buyer Beware). Good
luck in your court case. Life is made up of
compromise. There is a simple and free
solution to your problem. Get a free email
account to obtain your software. But no...
you feel you need to waste the time of the
court system not to mention tax payer
money. Maybe we should all file a class
action suite against you for wasting our
tax money and being an all around idiot.

Request an RMA for your Impulse Purchase.
Then you will only be out the shipping
charges. Cheaper than Legal fees.
