Update 'Summary of changes' text corrupted ( Win98SE only?)

 On all prior updates of AHP on my two
Win98SE machines, the 'Summary of changes'
in the text box which gets displayed
when 'Update Available' is selected has had
missing or corrupted text.

On the Win98SE machines, only the version
numbers seem to be displayed in the text
box.  The change notations below each
version number are invisible or show random
dots.  On my XP machine, both the versions
and change information appear to display
properly.  Not sure if this is a this is a
Win98SE or AHP problem.

It's an AHP problem on Win98/ME. We'll fix it.
