Calender window is to small when editing Holidays

System: XPpro SP2 or ME
When I tried to edit some holidays, I
noticed that I could not get to the end of
March 31. I could not scroll/move to the
last line(s) of the calender tab.
Is it my PC Setup?

Editing direct, Month and Day via keyboard
did work.

The resolution of my screen (setup) is
1024x768
