Problems

I am running Active Home Pro 3.173, on a
Dell running Windows 2000 professional sp4.
Every time I shut the computer down and
restart, it hangs up on the Active home pro
hardware. I have to uninstall the hardware
and the softare and start over? Any
suggestions?
