This is WEIRD! Macro Control
« on: April 16, 2005, 01:23:14 PM »

Ok, some of you know my situation and have
helped tremendously!  For others here's the
situation.  I have the typical problem of
being able to control one part of the house
with AHP but not the other. ex: a4 (lamp)
in office won't work but a7 (lamp) will.
Well I started playing around with macros
and put the a4 as an rf command.  Well when
the macro is clicked it obviously works.
How come I can only get it to work via an
rf command through AHP and not through the
regular UI mode?  Is it that
same "different circuit" thing?  Would a 15
amp plug in filter help?  I'm not able to
bridge my breaker box due to it's the OLD
screw in bus fuse style.  Ya'lls help has
been awesome and VERY appreciative!  Thank
you.

15 amp filter where? Is it a known noisy AC
device? If you put a filter on tn X10 module
it will see NO signals and never work. Can
you add a coupler or repeater in a 3 or 4
prong 220 AC plug. Like on a dryer; electric
stove etc?

You have a TM751 somewhere else in the house,
don't you? It's probably receiving the RF
directly and sending the appropriate
powerline command.
