Dan Sumption: Timers with the "Repeat"
setting will have the command (on/off only --
not dim) repeated 3 times. Have you tried
clearing the interface memory, then
downloading again?

When you've plugged the CM15A back in, has it
been connected to the PC?

If clearing the interface, etc. doesn't work,
I'd agree that it might need to be exchanged.
You can call technical support for that.

I have cleared the interface several times
and downloaded the timers and macros.  When
I did this and downloaded, the CM15A has
been plugged into the outlet and the PC
connected.
