ERROR EMBLEM cam not connected(help me please)

at the lower left corner a red error emblem
meaning no camera  connected is indicated
even though my cameras are connected and
working, but when i click on the room cam
that says go live it doesnt always turn on
my cameras but if i use my regular remote it
works every time, why? PLEASE HELP ME TO
FIGURE THIS OUT

I believe what you see is the CM15A not
being connected with the USB cord.

Do you get a video feed on the computer
from the VA11A? Are you seeing this symbol
one the lower left hand corner of the AHP
main window or on a video window? if it is
on the AHP window then AHP has not
recognized that the VA11A is connected. If
this is the case then go to Control
Panel/System and see if there is a catagory
for Imaging Devices. If so then CLOSE and
Re-Start AHP, you should NOT be getting an
error window saying that you have iWitness
installed but an appropriate imaging dvice
is not installed.
If you are seeing the symbol for no
camera on a video/picture window, don't
worry about it (a bug/feature of Iwitness
that has been reported). If you still don't
have a camera feed then check to make sure
that the video receiver to the computer is
located on the same channel as the camera.
