WGL Rain 8 Wireless Sprinkler controller
« on: June 10, 2005, 10:58:28 PM »

I have one of these sprinkler controllers
and would like to define it to run from
AHP.  This is an RF only device (no power
line signals).  Can you give me a comperable
device that I can define this unit as?
Thanks in advance for your help...  The
lastest upgrade is working great for me,
thanks X10!!!!

I think you should be able to use the VCR
Commander in the "Other" module category.
Use 8 of them, one for each zone.

I _think_ the Rain 8 will only actuate one
zone at a time - turn ON the next zone and
the previous zone is first turned OFF - so
you may only have to turn OFF the last one in
the cycle.

Otherwise you could set up 8 (or more)
macros, each with a single RF ON/OFF command.
(Click on Macro(+) and select "RF command"
from the drop-down menu over on the right.)

Yesterday it worked.
Today it doesn't work.
X10 on Windows is like that.
