1 day timer
« on: November 06, 2005, 01:19:26 PM »

I have found that if I have a timer for
Friday only On at 5:00pm and off anytime
from 12 midnight or later the timer does
not turn off the light because after 12
midnight it is no longer Friday. If I set
it to go off at 11:59PM it turns off. But
this timer is for Fridays only and not
Saturdays and sometimes I need it to turn
off after midnight - help.

You need to create a schedule with an on
time with no off time on friday. Then
create a second schedule with an off time
but no on time on saturday.

Mike's right. The timers only working within
that 24-hour, midnight-to-midnight window.
If you wan to to turn on at 5:00pm on
Friday, and turn off at 1:00 am Saturday,
then you need two different timers. I either
do that, or set it to turn off at 11:59pm.
